Credit card
If the customer chooses the "credit card" payment method, he authorizes Das Lampenatelier to debit the purchase price of the credit card provided by specifying the card type, card number, validity date and the check digit after clicking the "ORDER NOW" button. The credit card is charged immediately. When paying by credit card, you must enter your personal 3D security code. PayDirect
If the customer chooses the payment method PayDirekt, he logs into his paydirekt account in the window that appears after pressing the button "ORDER NOW", where he transfers the purchase price in accordance with paydirekt's specifications.
Payment in advance
If the customer chooses the payment method "advance payment / bank transfer", the purchase price must be transferred within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation to the bank details of Das Lampenatelier specified in the order confirmation.

Shipping Information
The dispatch of your goods takes place via the parcel service DHL.
The shipping costs within Germany as a DHL package are € 5.90.
The costs for DHL express delivery within Germany are € 16.90.
Standard shipping for Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic costs € 28.00 - we charge € 30.00 for shipping to Italy, Sweden and Spain to Finland, Greece and Portugal we charge € 32.00.
You can also pick up the ordered goods in our store (Pfeilstrasse 42 - 50672 Cologne).
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders of € 50 or more.
Delivery times
If you do not pick up the goods on site from Das Lampenatelier, the delivery time for DHL Express shipping is 1 working day; in the case of standard shipping, you will be informed of the delivery time in the online shop next to the goods and in the order confirmation or shipping notification. The start of the delivery time depends on the payment method:
